What to Expect
Initial Consultation (60-75 minutes)
Your first session provides the foundation for your care. We’ll review your current diet, lifestyle, health history, and Cell Blueprint Assessment to identify the biggest changes you can make to start feeling like yourself again. A comprehensive lab panel will be ordered to help guide your treatment plan.
Follow-Up Sessions (55 minutes)
In these sessions, we’ll put your personalized plan into action. Together, we’ll take a closer look at your diet, we’ll review your labs and focus on strategies to ease symptoms, support your food choices, and build confidence in managing your health. These visits provide accountability, helping you stay on track and feel supported as you make changes. You’ll get practical, immediately implementable nutrition and lifestyle recommendations. I’ll guide you at each step, and we’ll adjust the plan as needed to ensure it continues to fit your lifestyle and goals.
Labs
Laboratory testing offers valuable insight into your health, uncovering imbalances that may be affecting your energy, digestion, hormones, detoxification, and overall well-being. Results can provide a roadmap for creating a personalized nutrition, lifestyle, and supplement plan tailored to your body’s needs. This data-driven approach ensures that recommendations are targeted and part of a truly comprehensive care strategy.
What Clients Are Saying
FAQs
-
Functional medicine nutrition takes a holistic, patient-centered approach to identify and address underlying causes of illness or imbalance. It considers each person’s unique genetic, environmental, and lifestyle factors that contribute to their overall health. Instead of the conventional disease-centered model, functional medicine nutrition takes a personalized approach to restore balance.
My job is to work as a detective, guide, and listener to help restore balance through diet and lifestyle interventions.
