In these sessions, we’ll put your personalized plan into action. Together, we’ll take a closer look at your diet, lifestyle, and health history, and focus on strategies to ease symptoms, support your food choices, and build confidence in managing your health. These visits provide accountability, helping you stay on track and feel supported as you make changes. You’ll get practical, immediately implementable nutrition and lifestyle recommendations. I’ll guide you at each step, and we’ll adjust the plan as needed to ensure it continues to fit your lifestyle and goals.
